About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development & Key Account Manager who will be responsible for converting inbound sales opportunities, developing new business, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with key clients. The role will be primarily office-based, with regular market visits and client meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales enquiries through customer care calls, WhatsApp, website and other channels.
Understand customer requirements, recommend products, prepare quotations and close sales.
Proactively follow up with leads and convert enquiries into business.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant markets and customer segments.




Take ownership of new business development projects from prospecting to closure.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and act as the Key Account Manager for selected accounts.
Visit key clients, distributors, corporates, event companies and other prospects to understand requirements and generate business.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and cross-selling.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, production, dispatch and customer support.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure excellent customer experience.
Track leads, prospects, client meetings, follow-ups and sales closures through CRM / reporting systems.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and business development targets.

What We Are Looking For
2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
