About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical PMO Analyst to support project governance, resource management, revenue tracking, and business reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in advanced Excel, dashboard creation, project reporting,



financial metrics (Revenue & Gross Margin), and stakeholder coordination. This role will work closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Finance, HR, and Leadership teams to ensure accurate reporting, resource planning, and project performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
PMO & Project Governance
• Support PMO governance activities across multiple projects and accounts.
• Track project milestones, resource allocation, utilization, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and governance reports.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely updates on project status and resource requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and project allocation activities for employees.

Reporting & Dashboard Management
• Design, develop, and maintain management dashboards using Advanced Excel, Power Query, and reporting tools.
• Create weekly, monthly
