Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Lucknow. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop current business opportunities with individuals and MSMEs, build and maintain client relationships, and expand the company’s network of partners, including banks and financial institutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings,



presenting FinanceKaart.com’s solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves analyzing market trends, tracking performance against targets, and collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services. The Business Development Manager will be expected to maintain accurate records in CRM tools and represent the company at local events, meetings, and other business forums.
