Role Description The Senior Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and build long-term client relationships for Creospace’s workplace, Commercial & lab Interior projects. This full time, in office role based in Chennai involves developing and executing strategic business development plans, managing the sales pipeline,



and driving revenue targets. The position includes meeting with prospective and existing clients, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, collaborating with design and project teams to align solutions with client needs, and participating in negotiations and contract closures. The Senior Business Development Manager will also track market trends, maintain competitive intelligence, represent Creospace at industry events, and provide regular performance reporting to leadership.
