Role Description The Sales Executive is a full time, in office role based in Sonipat. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, presenting Auxilium Global’s ERP and business management solutions to potential clients, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.



The Sales Executive will conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to understand client requirements, following up on inquiries, meeting sales targets, and providing feedback from the market to support product and marketing improvements. The role requires consistent in-person engagement with prospects and customers, as well as participation in local events or meetings to expand the customer base.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, or ERP solutions.
• Solid skills in lead generation, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline.
• Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to diverse stakeholders.
• Solid negotiation, closing, and relationship-management capabilities.
