About the Role

Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Sales to lead and manage the sales and marketing functions across all branches of Offenso Hackers Academy.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in EdTech sales, proven team-handling capabilities, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing functions across all Offenso Hackers Academy branches.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate sales teams across multiple branches.
• Monitor team performance, sales conversions, lead management, and revenue generation.
• Set sales targets and KPIs for branch-level sales teams and track performance regularly.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, customer acquisition,



and overall sales performance.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with branch managers and sales teams to ensure consistent sales processes and performance across branches.
• Identify gaps in the sales funnel and implement corrective measures to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance to sales teams.
• Develop and maintain effective sales processes, reporting systems, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Collaborate with senior management on business plans, revenue projections, and growth strategies.
• Build strategies for student acquisition, course enrolments, and customer retention.
• Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies and processes across all branches.
• Represent the sales function in man
