About the Role

Tangent45 LLC is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive – MSP & IT Services based in India to help grow our U.S. customer base.

This is a sales and business development role, not simply a lead-generation position. The successful candidate will identify potential customers, initiate conversations with decision-makers, qualify prospects, schedule meetings, follow up consistently, and help move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

You will primarily target small and mid-sized U.S. businesses and nonprofit organizations that need outsourced IT management, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and technology modernization services.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Identify and research potential U.S. customers that fit Tangent45’s target profile.

Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, email prospecting platforms, online research, industry directories and other sales tools.

Identify key decision-makers including business owners, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, IT Directors and Operations leaders.

Outbound Sales

Conduct outbound prospecting through:
Cold calling
Email outreach
LinkedIn outreach
Follow-up campaigns
Referral development
Account-based prospecting
