Role Description This is a full time, in office Medical Sales Representative role based in Faridabad. The Medical Sales Representative will promote Lupin’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and clinics, through regular visits and presentations. Responsibilities include explaining product advantages and usage, responding to medical and product-related queries, and ensuring ethical promotion in line with company and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

B pharma gradute with minimum 1 year experience in sales of diabetic segmnet.

• Solid Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and achievement of sales targets.




• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with healthcare professionals and address their needs effectively.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, contraindications, and therapy areas.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in the field, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, presentation software) for reporting and communication.
• Fluency in English and local language; prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is an advantage.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered outcomes.
