About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, technically fluent Manager – Web Technologies to own the platform, performance, and marketing technology stack behind our digital storefront. This is a builder-meets-leader role: you'll manage our Shopify (Plus) ecosystem end-to-end, integrate and optimize our marketing technology tools, and partner closely with Marketing, Design, Product,



and external agencies to ship a quick, reliable, conversion-focused web experience.

You should be equally comfortable reviewing Liquid code and a data layer as you are prioritizing a roadmap and mentoring a team. If you love the intersection of engineering, marketing, and revenue, this is for you.

What You'll Do
Shopify Platform Ownership
• Own the day-to-day tasks, roadmap, and health of our Shopify Plus storefront(s), including theme architecture, customizations, and app ecosystem.
• Lead theme, UI/UX development, and maintenance using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong eye for performance and Core Web Vitals.
• Manage Shopify checkout extensibility, Shopify Functions, and Scripts （or successors） to support promotions, bundling, and custom checkout logic.
• Evaluate, implement, and develop third-party apps and integrations (ERP, OMS, PIM, subscriptions, reviews, loyalty, shipping/tax).
