About Lylom
Lylom is a Bengaluru-based platform that helps small and growing businesses manage their Google Business Profile, reviews, posts, and customer calls using AI and automation, so they get discovered by more customers on Google Search and Maps.

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales & Marketing Intern to visit local stores and businesses in person, explain how Lylom helps them grow, and bring in new clients. If you enjoy meeting people and communicating with confidence, this is a hands-on start to a sales career.

Responsibilities
• Visit stores, shops, clinics, restaurants, and other local businesses in your assigned area
• Introduce Lylom to owners and managers and explain how it improves their visibility on Google Buisness Profile
• Run easy demos of the Lylom app and answer questions
• Identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into onboarded clients
• Follow up with interested businesses until they are signed up and active
• Log visits, leads, and outcomes accurately and report progress to the team




• Share market and customer feedback with the marketing team
• Meet weekly visit and client-acquisition targets

Who Can Apply
• College students and recent graduates in Bengaluru, from any stream
• Available for a 3–6 month internship on working days
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with local business owners
• Willing to travel locally and spend most of the day in the field

Skills We’re Looking For
• Robust communication and presentation skills in English and Kannada or Hindi
• Confidence, persuasion, and basic negotiation ability
• Basic understanding of sales
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps for demos
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Positive to Have
• Own two-wheeler or familiarity with Bengaluru’s localities
