Role: Technical Support – Service Desk
Location: Pune
Who are we looking for?
Candidates with a minimum 1 to 2 years of IT Service Desk experience – Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills; and willing to work in rotational shifts and/or versatile shifts as per business requirement.
Technical Skills
• Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, MFA, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint.
Process Skills
• Active listening and probing skills.
• Effective business communication skills.
• Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles.
Behavioral Skills
• Receptive for feedback and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and team player.
Qualification
• Any graduate.
