Role Description This is a full time, in office Physiotherapist and Ergonomist role based in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting ergonomic assessments in office and industrial environments, identifying risk factors for RSI/MSD,



and recommending practical interventions for posture, workstation design, and workflow. The Physiotherapist and Ergonomist will provide in office physiotherapy services, including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs. Day-to-day tasks include delivering ergonomics training sessions, preparing scientific and evidence-based reports, collaborating with client stakeholders on prevention strategies, and documenting outcomes in line with organizational protocols. The role also requires active participation in quality improvement, use of technology-enabled tools, and adherence to professional and ethical standards in patient and client care.
