Job Summary

Participate in business requirements and functional requirements review meetings in designing and formulating of technical specifications on features to be implement in InsuranceNow

Analyze the requirements for implementing them using InsuranceNow either by using Out-of-the-Box solutions in InsuranceNow platform or providing custom solutions

Estimates the development effort for both Configuration and Integration.

Design Develop and Unit Test InsuranceNow Configurations and customizations

Responsibilities

Must have proven experience in managing software development projects experience in agile methodology is highly preferred.

Hands on development experience in Java J2EE platform

Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.

Solid in requirement gathering and analysis ability to work with a structured and methodical approach combined with an enquiring mind.

Prefer PMP or CSM certification.





Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated solid interpersonal and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as a team leader including the ability to handle conflicting priorities in a multitasking workplace.

Holds Guidewire team and Customer team accountable to agree to deliverables and associated milestones sets expectations around impacts of delays and manages stakeholder expectations throughout. Escalates delays and project impacts appropriately and creates appropriate project artifacts.

Tracks project budget risks and issues and reports on a weekly basis presenting to Customer Sponsor Steering Committee at least once monthly. Provides suggestions on how to successfully manage delivery to Customer Leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features that align with business goals and customer needs.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product backlog ensuring clarity and prioritization of tasks.
