We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of experience and robust expertise in recruitment across junior, mid-level, senior, and leadership positions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Role
This is a hands-on role encompassing end-to-end talent acquisition, sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy. The candidate will be responsible for understanding hiring requirements, identifying relevant talent, managing candidate pipelines, and driving roles through to closure. The role also involves working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, building talent pipelines, and improving recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.

Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role.
• Experience handling end-to-end hiring across different levels and functions.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
• Experience in proactive/outbound sourcing and headhunting.
• Solid communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri
