Role Description
• Generate recent business and increase hotel revenue through cold calling, client visits, outside sales calls, hotel sales tours and networking.
• Identify and develop new business leads by researching local market trends, potential clients and competitor activities.
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, group clients, event clients, travel companies and other business accounts.

develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop recent accounts and expand existing business opportunities to increase the hotel's market share.
• Conduct regular field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct hotel sales tours and effectively present the hotel's rooms, facilities, services and offerings to prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects and convert business opportunities into confirmed bookings.
• Negotiate rates, packages and commercial terms with clients within the approved guidelines of the hotel.
• Generate repeat business by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and understanding their business requirements.
