About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Software Development Engineer III (SDE III) to design, build, and operate scalable, cloud-native distributed systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot, microservices, event-driven architectures, API design, cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and modern platform engineering practices. The role requires strong technical leadership, architecture and design experience, work breakdown and initiative sequencing capabilities, cross-team collaboration, mentoring, and hands-on software development.
You will be responsible for
Core Skills & Experience • Expert in Java/J2EE/Spring Boot or equivalent enterprise technology stack. • Robust experience designing and building scalable microservices and distributed systems. • Expertise in event-driven architecture using Kafka or similar messaging platforms. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Robust Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform or equivalent tools. • Experience with API design,



API gateways, service mesh technologies, rate limiting, resiliency, and traffic management patterns. • Deep understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, performance tuning, and operational excellence. • Robust knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, security scanning, and deployment automation. • Hands-on expertise with TDD, BDD, multithreading, concurrency, and performance engineering. • Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise applications, implementing guardrails, and building agentic workflows/skills. • Strong architecture, solution design, work breakdown, estimation, dependency management, and delivery planning skills. • Proven ability to mentor engineers, perform high-quality code reviews, and drive engineering best practices. • Experience with Couchbase or other NoSQL databases. • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker,
