Role Description The Sr RM/ Assistant Manager (Real Estate) role at InvestoXpert is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding their investment goals, and recommending suitable real estate prospects. Daily responsibilities include overseeing property portfolios, coordinating site visits, negotiating lease and sale terms, and preparing proposals and investment reports.



The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth lease administration, documentation, and compliance with company policies. The Sr RM/ Assistant Manager will work toward achieving sales targets, maintaining high service standards, and supporting strategic initiatives to grow the real estate business.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with strong knowledge of local market trends.
• Candidates should possess skills in Property Management to oversee assets, tenant relations, and ongoing property performance.
