Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This position involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and assisting with application requirements and documentation. The counselor conducts informational sessions, follows up with leads, and maintains accurate records of interactions in admissions systems or databases. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to align admissions messaging, participating in outreach or events, and providing a positive, service-oriented experience to all prospective students and families.
Qualifications

• Robust interpersonal communication and general communication skills to engage effectively with prospective students and stakeholders.
• Customer service skills to provide responsive, empathetic,



and solution-focused support throughout the admissions journey.
• Sales-related abilities, including lead follow-up, relationship-building, and guiding individuals toward suitable programs.
• Background or interest in education to understand academic pathways and advise applicants appropriately.
• Ability to work in office full time in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and manage multiple inquiries and tasks concurrently.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or admissions software is preferred.
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or a related student-facing role is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
