We are now looking for someone to work closely with the founding team and help us grow our business development function.

About the RoleThis is a hands-on B2B sales role.
The initial focus will be strongly on taking Samosa Fleet to logistics and transportation businesses across Kerala, while gradually working across other Samosa Interactive products and solutions.
You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, identifying the right prospects, starting conversations, understanding business requirements, presenting solutions, conducting demos,



following up consistently and taking opportunities towards closure.
This is not a cold-calling-only role. Outbound prospecting is an significant part of building the pipeline, but the role extends across the complete B2B sales cycle.

What You Will Do• Identify and research potential B2B customers
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Generate leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and other channels
• Reach out directly to business owners and decision-makers
• Understand customer requirements and identify the right solution
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Prepare proposals and support commercial discussions
• Take ownership of prospects from first conversation to closure
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline updates
• Build long-term customer relationships
