Location: Bengaluru / Delhi

Role Summary

Lead hydrology, stormwater, flood risk, and drainage projects across infrastructure, transportation, urban development, and water resources. Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical excellence, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Direct hydrology & drainage studies, stormwater/flood risk assessments, watershed analysis, and hydraulic modeling. Review designs for drainage networks, culverts, ponds, channels, SuDS/LID.
Project Management: Oversee proposals to completion, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and coordinate with civil, highways, water, GIS, and structures teams.
Team Leadership: Mentor engineers/modelers, allocate resources, conduct reviews, and support recruitment.
Modeling Expertise:



Guide use of InfoWorks ICM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, MIKE11/21, Civil 3D, ArcGIS.
Client Engagement: Act as primary contact, present findings, build relationships, and support business development.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure standards, QA/QC, safety, and environmental compliance.
