ABOUT THE ROLE

The Area Business Manager (ABM) for TrPharma is responsible for leading and managing the sales team within the Telangana region. The role includes achieving individual and collective sales targets while supervising a team of 2 to 3 Medical Representatives and maintaining solid relationships with healthcare professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee the sales operations in the region, achieving individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Build and maintain robust relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Supervise 2 to 3 Medical Representatives and ensure the team meets collective sales targets.
Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance performance.




Actively contribute as an individual sales contributor to achieve personal sales targets.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in a managerial position.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA in Sales and Marketing or related field
Experience in ethical general medicine sales.

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
