About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience to support and execute Go-To-Market strategies, marketing campaigns, market activation and demand-generation initiatives.
The role will focus on converting business objectives into practical marketing plans, understanding target markets and customers, coordinating campaigns across channels, supporting sales with marketing assets, tracking marketing performance and contributing to business growth.
This is not a routine lead-generation role. Lead sourcing and lead qualification will be managed by the dedicated Lead Generation function. The GTM Marketing Executive will focus on market activation, campaign execution, demand generation, marketing pipeline contribution and overall marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Strategy & Planning
• Support the development and execution of GTM plans for products, services,
campaigns and current market opportunities.
• Identify target markets, customer segments and relevant marketing channels.
• Support positioning, messaging and value proposition development.
• Develop campaign and customer journey plans aligned with business objectives.
• Track GTM performance and recommend corrective actions.
Market Research & Customer Insights
• Conduct market and industry research to understand customer needs, market trends and opportunities.
• Track competitor activities, campaigns, positioning and market movements.
• Gather customer and sales-team insights to improve marketing initiatives.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.
• Prepare actionable market intelligence reports for management.
