US Drayage Coordinator

Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Coimbatore
Salary: As per Industry Standard

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate US import/export drayage operations from pickup through delivery and empty return.
• Work with carriers, terminals, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Track container movement, appointments, gate-outs, deliveries, and empty returns.
• Monitor exceptions, delays, demurrage/detention risks, and escalate issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate trackers, system updates, and daily operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, KPIs, and customer requirements.

Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in US Drayage / Freight / Logistics operations.
• Good understanding of US ports, terminals, container movement, and delivery processes.
• Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.
• Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and operational systems.
