Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site at the Chennai office in a full time capacity, driving growth across The Ozeanic Group’s beauty, fashion, and digital brands.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and conducting lead generation through online research, networking, and outreach. The role involves meeting prospective clients, presenting tailored proposals, and nurturing long-term relationships to support revenue targets and brand positioning. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align client requirements with brand offerings, track performance against goals, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership. This role is suited for individuals who are proactive, comfortable with client-facing activities, and motivated by measurable growth outcomes.
