Position : Sales & Marketing Executive

ClearSpan Structures India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation company specializing in Steel Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Tubular Steel Buildings, Aluminium Framing Solutions, and Tensile & Temporary Structures for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure applications across India.

Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical) – Mandatory.
• MBA – Will be a Plus

Relevant Industry Exposure:
Steel Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Tubular Steel Structures, Industrial Construction, Glass, Paints, Industrial Products.

Key Responsibilities:
· Business development and sales of Steel Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Tubular Steel Structures, Aluminium Frame Buildings, and allied industrial solutions.
· Identify and develop recent business prospects through market research, lead generation, and client engagement.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients.
· Prepare techno-commercial proposals,



pricing, and presentations in coordination with internal design and estimation teams.
· Negotiate contracts and close orders aligned with company targets and profitability objectives.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution post order finalization.
· Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:
· 1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Steel Buildings, PEB, Tubular Steel Structures, or related industrial sectors.
· Robust understanding of industrial construction products and project-based B2B sales.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
