Role Overview
We are looking for Business Development Executives (BDEs) to be the on-ground face of Vasudha Grand. This role generates fresh leads by reaching out in different localities and communities, picks up qualified leads handed over by the Telesales team, connects with interested prospects, and takes them through the site visit, showing the land, explaining the project, and answering their questions in person. Once a prospect is genuinely interested, the BDE connects them with the Sales Head, who leads the final discussion and closing.





Key Responsibilities
• Generate recent leads by visiting different localities, communities, RWAs, corporates, and events, building on-ground visibility for Vasudha Grand.
• Take handover of qualified leads from the Telesales team and follow up promptly.
• Connect with interested candidates, understand their requirement, and schedule site visits.
• Conduct site visits at Vasudha Grand (NH-65, Zaheerabad), show the plots, walk through the layout, and explain project features (green living, amenities, master plan).
• Answer on-site questions about location, pricing, amenities, and the buying process.
• Build rapport and keep the prospect engaged through the visit, handle objections and transparent doubts.
• Coordinate site visit logistics, scheduling, transport if needed, and timely follow-up after the visit.
• Build and nurture relationships with local communities and groups as an ongoing source of referr
