Key Responsibilities • Support HR Special Project activities across multiple plant locations.
• Coordinate with plant HR teams and stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain project-related data.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Assist in employee engagement and HR process improvement initiatives.
• Travel to various Lactalis manufacturing locations as part of the project.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations wherever required.
Eligibility Criteria
• MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) / PGDM (HR) pursuing or recently completed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.
