Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Officers to join our Life Insurance team. The role involves customer acquisition, field sales, relationship management, and achieving monthly business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire recent customers through field sales.
Meet customers and understand their insurance requirements.
Explain and recommend suitable life insuranroducts.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Provide after-sales support and follow-up.
Develop and activate insurance advisors/agents.
Maintain regular customer and prospect follow-ups.
Requirements:
Any graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Sales/field experience will be an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for field work.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
