Collaborator should be able to evaluate full PMICs through bench silicon validation techniques, including the hardware and software setup preparation. As part of silicon validation and delivery of results, the collaborator shall prepare evaluation plans for each specific product and provide documents to report results within planned and agreed time scales.
The collaborator will be part of a Silicon Validation Engineering team reporting directly to a Group Manager or Team Lead. It will require to closely work with other colleagues, meaning that teamwork mentality is very welcome, expected to be able to develop/improve existing techniques and enhance bench silicon validation.
Key Skills
Required:
Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or computer science
Knowledge of Power Management (PMICs),
with 4+ years of post-silicon bench validation experience
Medium/High level expertise in lab instruments and measurement methods, mainly for DCDCs and LDOs
Ability to debug any unexpected issue and identify root cause
Medium level expertise in Embedded Systems, including C/C++
Valuable proficiency with Python programming with particular use for lab automation hardware settings
Ability to work with minimal instructions and capable of supporting team members
Valuable English verbal and written communication skills
Goals-oriented and able to deliver on-time results under tight schedules
