S M Sehgal Foundation invites applications for the Associate, Digital Communications position on an annually renewable fixed-term contract.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy communications professional who can bring the Foundation’s work and community stories to life through compelling writing, visual content, social media, newsletters, and short-form audio-video.
The ideal candidate must have solid English writing, storytelling, visual communication, and digital-trends skills,



with an interest in social and development issues

Reporting: Principal Lead, Outreach for Development (OFD)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Skills and Experience:
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a strong command of English and Hindi.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital communications, content creation, social media, or a related field.
• Solid visual sense and experience creating digital/social media content.
• Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite and video-editing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, curiosity, empathy, and sensitivity in telling stories about rural communities.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimisation, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, and Google Search Analytics.
