Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role involves planning and creating engaging content for social media platforms, including static posts, reels, short videos, stories, and copy tailored to each channel. The person in this position will manage content calendars, collaborate with designers and marketers, and adapt content to support ongoing campaigns and brand objectives.



Daily tasks include researching trends, brainstorming concepts, writing captions, optimizing content for each platform, and monitoring audience engagement. The Social Media Content Creator will also support community management by responding to comments and messages in alignment with brand voice and campaign goals.
Qualifications
• Ability to plan and produce social media content (posts, reels, stories, short videos) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Strong skills in copywriting and storytelling for digital platforms, including concise, high-impact captions and hooks.
• Basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or the ability to collaborate effectively with designers on visual content.
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and current content, meme, and trend culture.
