Role Summary
The Business Process Delivery Head will own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Oil & Gas business operations and transformation portfolios across CDD, contracts, confirmations, settlements, trading operations support.
The role requires a senior, client-facing leader who can combine domain understanding of Oil & Gas trading and commercial operations with delivery discipline, process transformation, stakeholder management, operating model design, and change execution to modernize manual, fragmented, or email-driven processes into scalable, workflow-led and insight-driven operating models.
Key Responsibilities
• Own business process delivery across Oil & Gas operations including CDD, counterparty onboarding, contracts administration, trade confirmations, settlements, invoicing support, reconciliations, and exception management.
• Lead transformation of manual, email-based, spreadsheet-driven, or fragmented operating processes into standardized, workflow-enabled, automated, and governed delivery models.
• Define the transformation roadmap in partnership with commercial,



trading operations, legal, risk, compliance, finance, technology, and client stakeholders.
• Drive process diagnostics across CDD, contracts, confirmations, settlements, and post-trade operations to identify control gaps, bottlenecks, rework, delays, and automation prospects.
• Establish robust delivery governance across portfolio planning, prioritization, advantages tracking, operational risk, decision forums, and executive reporting.
• Translate business pain points into actionable process, technology, workflow, control, data, and reporting improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, process excellence, business analysis, product, technology, automation, reporting, risk, compliance, and change management.
