About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development & Operations Manager to support the growth of Harness DSA, our casting simulation and engineering services business, and Foundry Channel, our B2B marketplace connecting foundries with buyers.
This is a hands-on role combining industrial business development, customer relationship management, foundry onboarding and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with foundries, manufacturers and industrial customers.
• Drive onboarding of foundries onto the Foundry Channel platform.
• Visit foundries, conduct presentations and manage customer follow-ups.
• Identify and develop current business opportunities for Foundry Channel and Harness DSA.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and coordinate quotations with management.
• Coordinate ongoing casting simulation and design projects with the technical team.
• Coordinate invoicing and follow up on customer payments.
• Organize foundry meets,



networking events and other industry engagement activities.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaigns and market outreach.
• Maintain customer/CRM records and provide regular business activity reports.
• Work towards defined targets for foundry onboarding, customer acquisition and business generation.

Preferred Candidate
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Industrial Sales or Technical Sales.
• Experience in Foundry, Casting, Manufacturing, Engineering Services, Machine Tools or Industrial Productsis preferred.
• Robust communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable interacting with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Willing to travel regularly across Rajkot/Gujarat and other industrial regions.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently while reporting directly to management.
