Job Description: Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Executive to take ownership of driving our offline sales and building a strong retail and distribution network.
You will work closely with the Founder to identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and channel partners, drive sales across existing accounts, and ensure strong execution on the ground.
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role suited for someone who enjoys being on the field, building relationships, solving problems, and getting things done. You will play a key role in expanding our offline presence and building the foundation for a scalable sales engine.

Key Responsibilities
Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territories and channels.
Identify and onboard recent retailers, distributors, and other channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.

5.Order generation
6.Pricing and scheme compliance
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and distribution targets.
Develop new territories and identify prospects for market expansion.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and replenishment.
Track outlet-level sales, inventory, orders, and collections.
Follow up with channel partners to ensure payments and outstanding receivables are closed on time.
Work with marketing and operations teams to execute in-store activations, sampling, promotions, and other sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate sales trackers and provide regular updates on market activity, sales performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
