Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Travel Sales Executive who understands short-haul international destinations and can convert travel enquiries into successful bookings.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customers, understanding their travel requirements, preparing customised itineraries,



coordinating with suppliers and closing sales while maintaining healthy margins.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries for short-haul international holidays from enquiry to booking.
• Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budget and expectations.
• Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, activities and itineraries.
• Prepare and share customised travel quotations and itineraries.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections related to pricing, itinerary, hotels and destination selection.
• Negotiate customisations while maintaining company margins.
• Maintain robust customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Provide accurate information regarding destination, weather, currency, local practices, travel requirements and visa documentation
