About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive / Travel Operations Executive to handle customer travel enquiries, flight and hotel bookings, tour planning, itinerary preparation, costing, and end-to-end tour operations.
The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing personalised travel packages, finding the best available deals, negotiating with hotels and transport vendors, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for both domestic and international clients.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of major tourist destinations in India, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle FIT, GIT, pilgrimage/spiritual tours and customised holidays.
Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Sales & Customer Handling
• Handle customer enquiries related to flight tickets, hotels, holidays, tours, transfers and other travel services.




• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences and travel plans.
• Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, flights, activities and travel packages.
• Prepare and present customised travel itineraries and quotations.
• Find and offer the best available deals and competitive travel options to customers.
• Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships before, during and after the trip.

Tour Planning & Operations
• Manage Domestic Tour Operations, including customised and fixed-departure tours.
• Handle pilgrimage and spiritual tours across major destinations in India.
• Manage FIT (Free Independent Traveller) and GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) requirements.
• Design detailed tour itineraries based on client requirements and budget.
