About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Forex Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, converting leads into funded trading accounts, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities• Generate and convert leads into new trading clients and funded accounts.
• Engage with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Explain the company’s trading platform, products, account types, and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with recent and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product information.
• Coordinate with KYC, Operations, and Support teams for smooth account opening and onboarding.
• Assist clients with the account opening, KYC, deposit,



and withdrawal processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Stay updated on market trends, trading products, and industry developments.
• Ensure all client communication follows company policies and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements• 1–4 years of experience in Forex, CFD, Stock Market, Financial Services, or related sales.
• Robust understanding of Forex/CFD trading and financial markets.
• Proven experience in lead conversion and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• Candidates with experience handling international clients will be preferred.
