Role Description The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations within Jiva Dental’s in office facility in Alappuzha. This contract role includes managing medication dispensing, verifying prescriptions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and maintaining accurate inventory and documentation.



The Pharmacy Manager will coordinate with dentists and specialists to support treatment plans, monitor drug interactions, and promote protected, effective use of medications for patients of all ages. Day-to-day activities include supervising pharmacy technicians, guiding immunization services where applicable, implementing quality control processes, and supporting patient counseling on prescribed medications and oral care–related therapies.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice, with the ability to manage clinical and operational aspects of a dental hospital pharmacy.
• Experience collaborating with Pharmacy Technicians, including supervision, training, and workflow optimization.
• Strong skills in handling and reviewing Prescriptions, ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
