Role Description:
This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chinchwad. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential clients such as MSMEs, startups, and small businesses, and present suitable loan and financial solutions aligned with their needs.



Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting meetings and follow-ups, explaining various government-backed schemes and bank products, and guiding clients through the application and documentation process. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and partner banks, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The Sales Executive will also provide ongoing client support, build long-term relationships, and contribute feedback to improve services and processes.

Qualifications
• Robust sales and business development skills, with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet defined targets.
