Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Cannanore, with some flexibility for work from home. The Service Engineer will install, maintain, and repair biomedical and diagnostic equipment supplied by Hindustan Healthcare, ensuring reliable performance and minimal downtime.



Daily responsibilities include conducting routine preventive maintenance, performing on-site field service visits, and responding to technical support requests from healthcare clients. The role involves diagnosing equipment issues, executing effective troubleshooting, and documenting service activities in a transparent and timely manner. The Service Engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, provide user guidance on equipment operation, and adhere to safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all service activities.
