About the Role
Eventures is looking for an energetic and relationship-focused professional to lead business development and client servicing. This role combines current-business growth, pitching, account management and long-term client partnerships.
You will identify opportunities, understand client needs, coordinate internal teams and ensure every client interaction leads to a strong and successful event experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across events, experiential marketing and brand activations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client objectives, budgets, audiences and business challenges.
• Lead initial conversations, requirement gathering and brief development.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, estimates and pitch documents in collaboration with creative and operations teams.
• Coordinate client communication from enquiry through to event completion.




• Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals and expectations.
• Work with creative, production and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and account growth.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, networking opportunities and business presentations.
• Track leads, opportunities, proposals and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors and emerging event formats.

What We’re Looking For
• 3–4+ years of experience in business development, client servicing or account management.
• Experience in event management, experiential marketing, advertising, media or a creative agency.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into explicit internal briefs.
• Commercial awareness and confidence discussing budgets and proposals.
