Harvik Edu Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, articulate and highly skilled individual to serve as a Corporate Communications & Representation Executive.
This is a communication-focused role for someone who can confidently represent Harvik in professional meetings and conversations with schools, institutions, partners, educators and other stakeholders.
The selected candidate may attend online and in-person meetings on behalf of Harvik, introduce the organization and its initiatives, communicate proposals and ideas clearly, participate in partnership discussions, deliver presentations, take skilled meeting notes, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain solid communication with external stakeholders.

• Excellent fluency, pronunciation and professional vocabulary
• Confidence in meetings, presentations and formal conversations




• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand Harvik's work and communicate it accurately
• Professional personality, etiquette and presentation
• Strong listening, note-taking and follow-up skills
• Ability to think clearly and respond professionally during discussions
• Comfortable communicating with school leaders, educators, organizations and senior professionals
• Willingness to attend meetings on behalf of the company when required

Prior experience in corporate communication, public relations, business development, education, client relations, partnerships, public speaking or institutional outreach is preferred, but exceptional fresh candidates with outstanding communication skills may also apply.
