Role Description The Procurement Executive is a full time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and negotiating pricing and terms for construction materials, services, and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining accurate procurement records, and coordinating with project, finance,



and site teams to ensure timely availability of resources. The Procurement Executive monitors vendor performance, supports cost optimization initiatives, and assists in developing procurement policies and best practices aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate quotations, compare vendors, and support cost control.
• Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in procurement within construction, real estate, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of basic contract terms, vendor management, and inventory control systems is an advantage.
