PRT English Teacher- requirement
We are looking for a passionate, responsible, and value-driven PRT Teacher who can contribute to the academic, personal, social, and emotional development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach primary students effectively as per the school curriculum.
• Prepare engaging and activity-based lesson plans.
• Develop students’ communication, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Instill discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and respect in students.
• Promote values such as honesty, kindness, empathy, teamwork, and respect for others.
• Guide students in developing good habits, positive behaviour, and self-confidence.
• Encourage students to become independent, responsible, and self-disciplined.
• Focus on holistic development beyond academics, including social, emotional, physical, and life skills.
• Act as a positive role model and maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Support students in developing leadership, teamwork, communication,



and decision-making abilities.
• Monitor students’ academic performance, behaviour, and overall development.
• Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom workplace.
• Participate actively in school events, co-curricular activities, clubs, and residential-school responsibilities.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school management.

Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. preferred.
• Relevant experience in primary teaching is preferred.
• Robust communication and classroom-management skills.
• Patient, caring, disciplined, and passionate about working with children.
• Ability to contribute to a residential school setting.
