Job Description
Responsible for network expansion of Bosch Car Service (BCS) in the specified territory
Responsible for Bosch Parts Business from the BCS network workshops
Responsible for achieving set targets of DMS enrollment & adoption at BCS workshop.
Deploy Service Development Policy and drive the Key initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain Workshop Quality Standard SQA & SQT on desired level.
Initiate and implement Sales campaigns at BCS level to increase customers’ footfalls.
