Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced General Manager – Finance to lead the company’s finance and accounting functions, ensure robust financial controls, and support management in strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee overall finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund planning.
• Ensure timely preparation of MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, cost control, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Establish and maintain solid internal controls and financial processes.
• Review and monitor branch, showroom, factory,



and project-level financial performance.
• Support management with financial analysis, forecasts, and business decisions.
• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.

Key Requirements• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent.
• Experience: 8–12+ years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a managerial/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, and MIS.
• Experience in ERP/accounting software and advanced Excel.
• Solid analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
