Job Responsibilities

Role Description

· Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
· Collaborating with Department Managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
· Onboarding current employees and facilitating orientation programs.
· Addressing employee concerns, disputes, and grievances.
· Promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
· Overseeing performance appraisal processes and providing guidance to managers and employees.




· Monitor the check-in and check-out times of the employees on a regular basis to identify patterns of lateness or absenteeism and analyze the trends and address them proactively.
· Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
· Administering employee compensation and perks programs.
· Conducting salary surveys and analyzing market trends to ensure competitive pay scales.
· Identifying training needs and coordinating employee training and development programs.
· Evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
· Implementing strategies to boost employee engagement and morale.
· Organizing employee recognition programs and events.
· Ensuring a secure and healthy work environment.
· Identifying high-potential employees and implementing talent management programs.
· Collecting and analyzing HR data to provide insights for decision-making.
