Role Description This is a full time, in office Sales Specialist role based in Virar. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote tour packages, accommodations, and transport services, guiding them through available options to match their travel needs and budget. Daily responsibilities include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, explaining offerings, preparing quotations, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in internal systems.



The role also involves coordinating with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth booking experiences, addressing customer questions, and following up on leads. The Sales Specialist will participate in ongoing training, support promotional activities, and contribute feedback to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
