Position Summary:

National Instruments (NI), an Emerson company, is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Business Manager to accelerate growth within the Transportation market across India. In this customer-facing role, you will create and expand demand for NI's products, platforms, and solutions by developing strategic relationships, identifying recent business prospects, and engaging customers through digital campaigns, onsite meetings, industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activities. Working closely with customers, partners, sales teams, and technical experts, you will play a key role in driving market awareness, building pipeline, and supporting long-term growth across the region.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Market Development & Demand Generation
• Generate market awareness and customer demand for NI's products, platforms, and solutions across the transportation industry.
• Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with transportation growth objectives.
• Identify, engage,



and cultivate relationships with prospective customers, influencers, and decision makers throughout the region.
• Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns and demand-generation initiatives in partnership with marketing teams.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through proactive customer engagement and relationship development.
• Identify emerging industry trends, customer challenges, and technology transitions that create new growth opportunities.
Customer Engagement
• Conduct regular onsite customer visits and executive-level engagements.
• Develop current customer relationships while strengthening existing connections across engineering, validation, manufacturing, production, and business leadership organizations.
• Facilitate strategic discussions around industry challenges and how NI solutions can enable customer success.
• Organize and participate in customer workshops, seminars, demo
