Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain software entitlement, deployment and usage data to support an accurate view of M&G;’s software estate.
• Support licence compliance through reconciliation, exception analysis and risk identification.
• Identify optimisation prospects through usage analysis, re-harvesting, licence rationalisation and cost avoidance.
• Support renewals, audits and true-ups by preparing data, analysis and reports.
• Respond to stakeholder queries and provide timely SAM reporting, insights and operational support.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support consistent application of SAM processes, controls and governance.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Technology and suppliers on SAM activities and issue resolution.
• Manage SAM tickets in line with agreed service expectations.
